Mr. Omar Faruq has been working in IL-Capital Limited as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He joins in IL-Capital Limited on April 13, 2021. Before joining, he was Head of Business in Megna Capital Management, Megna Asset Management, and Megna Fund Management Ltd., and Head of Operation in GSP Investments & Alpha Capital Management Ltd. He also served as a Senior Manager at BMSL Investment Ltd. He started his Merchant Banking career in BMSL Investment Ltd. as Senior Officer in 2006. Mr. Omar obtained Masters in Management, Chartered Accountant (Inter), and Income Tax Practitioner (ITP).
He is vastly experienced in the capital market, accounting, auditing, and legal matters. He attended numerous training on the capital market. He visited countries of Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Japan.

Mr. Md. Noman Hossen. He completed Diploma in Computer Science from AUST (Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology) and BSc. in CSE from ADUST (Atish Dipankar University of Science and Technology).
He has more than 18 years of working experiences in IT and capital market services. He is skilled in software, networking and back-office operations. Before joining IL Capital Limited on March 2023 he worked in BMSL Investment Limited as FAVP, Intech Online Limited (ISP).

Mr. Md. Jahangir Alam completed three years Chartered Accountancy Articleship Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) from A. Qasem & Co. Chartered Accountants, a Co-operating firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) in Bangladesh and now final stage. He completed his B.SC and M.SC with majors in Mathematics, Jagannath College, Under National University Dhaka.
He has worked with PWC & Deloitte Bangladesh for 12 years. He has extensive experience in dealing with financial accounting and reporting, process writing, IFRS, Company Act, Taxation and VAT related issues and other local laws and regulations related to company etc.
He is well-versed in IASs and IFRSs, taxation, and the operations of merchant banks banking sector and asset management companies. He attended numerous training programs on topics such as business valuation and financial modeling; financial statement analysis and fraud detection; public issue rules; BSEC supervision of mutual funds and asset management companies; and compliance with securities market rules and regulations etc.
Mr. Md. Jahangir Alam joining IL Capital Limited in the year of 2024. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at IL Capital Limited. Before joining IL Capital Limited, he worked 6 years for ICB Islamic Bank Ltd in Head of Risk and Finance & Accounts Division.
